Gallagher, who wants information from Bolen on a target near where he was interned. The 918th has been unable to hit an oil plant at Bodenheim, and Bolen knows exactly where it is. Bolen, however, wants to fly again, and Gallagher considers assigning him to the low-level incendiary pathfinder run to mark the target for the rest of the squadron.
